About Concrete Mould Company Australia
Reusable concrete paver moulds for paths, stepping stones and patios, supplied online across Australia.
Why a mould instead of ready-made pavers
Pre-cast pavers look good and cost accordingly, and the bill climbs fast once you are covering a path, let alone a patio. A mould turns that around: you buy the shape once, and after that you are paying for concrete.
That is the whole product. Fill the mould with pre-mixed concrete, level it off, lift it after a couple of minutes and move to the next stamp. The pattern repeats, so a path grows one pour at a time and looks laid rather than poured.
Five patterns, used again and again
There are five: square, hexagon, irregular, zig zag and interlocking brick. Each is 40cm x 4cm heavy-duty polypropylene, and each is designed to be washed and reused straight after the first pour rather than thrown away with the bag.
Two accessories go with them, because they are the two things people end up wanting halfway through a job: a 100m eight-strand braided builders string line for setting a straight run, and a 25cm pointing trowel with a fully ground tempered blade for finishing the surface.
Being straight about what it is
Concrete work is heavy and it is weather-dependent. How much concrete a pour takes depends on the mix you buy, and how quickly you can lift the mould depends on the same thing, though it is generally about two to three minutes. Where we do not have a figure we say so on the page rather than estimating one.
We would rather say that up front than take the order and hear about it afterwards. The buying guides on this site run to several thousand words per shape for the same reason.
How we work
We are an online shop with no showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are. You order on this site, pay by card through Stripe or by PayPal, and we deliver across Australia. Delivery is free on orders of $90 or more and a flat $27.50 under that, arriving 5-7 days after a 24-48 hour handling time.
Not sure which pattern suits the job, or how many moulds a given area needs? Email us before you order at theteam@concretemouldshop.com.au and a real person will answer, usually within one working day.
We run country stores in several markets selling the same range. If you are outside Australia, start at our company hub, concretemold.company.
What we sell
Square and hexagon moulds
The two regular patterns. Square for a clean, modern run; hexagon for a honeycomb path that reads as deliberate rather than poured.
Irregular and zig zag moulds
The natural-looking pair. Irregular casts a non-uniform stone pattern; zig zag is the four-shape reusable mould's own option.
Interlocking brick mould
Brick paving cast on site, for driveways, paths and patio areas where a block-paved look is what the space wants.
The tools that go with them
A 100m eight-strand braided builders string line for setting the run straight, and a 25cm pointing trowel for finishing the surface.
