Terms and conditions

These terms apply to concretemouldshop.com.au, operated by Concrete Mould Company Australia, a division of BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd (ABN 30 656 628 938). Read them with the Shipping and Delivery, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery and the full order total are shown before you pay. If we find a material error in a price or description, we will contact you before we fulfil the order.

Orders and payment

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm we can fulfil it. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider, and we never ask a customer to email full card details.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges and times are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. Delivery is free on orders of $90 or more, and $27.50 below that.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

You can cancel an order at no cost until it ships. After that, and for change-of-mind returns, the terms on the Refunds and Returns page apply, including the 15-day window. Australian law gives no automatic cooling-off period for an online purchase, so that window is our own policy rather than a legal right.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Those rights are separate from, and are not limited by, anything on this page.

Complaints and disputes

Email theteam@concretemouldshop.com.au and we will look at each case individually. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you can also take a consumer complaint to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or your state or territory consumer protection agency.
