What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $90 or more. Below that, delivery is $27.50. The exact charge is shown in your basket before you pay, and the figure includes GST.

An express upgrade is offered in the basket at $27.50 when it is available for your address.

How long it takes

We handle and pack orders within 24 to 48 hours. After that:

• Australia: 5 to 7 days
• New Zealand: 5 to 7 days

Transit time varies by location, and the handling time above is on top of it.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Items in the same order may travel in separate packages for logistical reasons, so a partial delivery is not a missing order. You can also use the Track Your Parcel page.

If something goes wrong in transit

If an order is lost in transit, tell us and we will refund or replace it. If it arrives damaged, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we will put it right at no cost to you. Contact theteam@concretemouldshop.com.au.
