This policy explains how Concrete Mould Company Australia, a division of BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd (ABN 30 656 628 938), handles personal information when you browse this website, place an order or contact us. It is written around the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and the contents of the order. When you contact us we collect what you send us. When you browse we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, and, if you consent, analytics identifiers.
Payment is handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last digits of the card; we never receive or store a full card number.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your order, to answer support requests, to keep the tax and business records the law requires, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to run and improve the website. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time from the Cookie Policy page.
Who receives it
Only those who need it for the purposes above: our payment, delivery, warehousing, hosting, email and fraud-prevention providers, our professional advisers, and a regulator where the law requires it. Some of those providers are located outside Australia, so your information may be disclosed overseas. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for the period Australian law requires. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful to answering you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Everything else is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email theteam@concretemouldshop.com.au. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information or your request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the privacy regulator under the Privacy Act 1988, at oaic.gov.au.

Microsoft Clarity analytics
Microsoft Clarity stays off until you choose to enable it here. With your permission, Clarity helps us understand public page use through analytics, heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft receives usage data as an independent data controller and handles it under its Privacy Statement, including its described service-improvement and advertising-related uses. Text and sensitive fields are masked; checkout, account and other sensitive routes are excluded.
Advertising storage is denied and Clarity's advertising integrations are disconnected. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. Older Google-only choices do not enable Clarity. You can turn Clarity off here at any time; withdrawal stops future recording after a page reload and clears its first-party cookies. It does not delete data already received. Google measurement choices
This website's Google measurement follows its existing regional consent defaults. These choices are separate from Microsoft Clarity. Declining updates Google's consent signals. Where an existing Google tag is already active, denied-mode requests can continue without optional storage; changing this choice does not delete data already received.
